This is a friendly and efficient vets. The staff are lovely and caring and always happy to help. For my most recent visit, they squeezed us in at short notice so that our poorly cat could have an urgent injection. Fees are advised in advance and I would certainly recommend this practice

The vets themselves are great, and our pets have always been treated very well. The reason for the one star review is due to a letter we received today which is asking us to pay a bill following our cat having her nails clipped, a few weeks ago. At the time of the treatment we were told that there wasn't a charge, but if there is, then we are happy to pay for it. We certainly do not deserve to receive a letter informing us of an outstanding unpaid bill, and the threat of "forwarding your debt on to a collection agency". We have never received any previous bill & we did ask at the time, which i could have relayed to them in a civil way, was i given the chance, to. Surely an email or a letter without "Threats" would suffice! I really do not like aggressive and threatening letters coming through my letter box, when there is clearly no need!

The best veterinary surgery in the whole of the UK, the staff are always there to help in any way they can. The vet explained everything in detail and took his time to examine my poor cat. Thank you!

They are very good with my dogs. They love their appointments and love Brian. He treats them like they’re special. Brian helped my Yorkies with their illnesses and my cat with his cancer. He made their passing easier, although traumatic for us. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t get an appointment for my very ill Cockapoo once, as the receptionist kept saying she had no availability for appointments even though I told her it was an emergency. I had to take my dog to another vets and they kept him in on fluids. They said he would have died if I had listened to the receptionist. I do not think she works there anymore. Cannot fault the vet or the nursing team.

Brian is brilliant. He has supported me through the loss of our cat and the arrival of a new kitten in the past week. He is kind and understanding and knowledgeable. I cannot comment on Medivet as a company as I only have local knowledge of our Vets but Brian at Willesborough is excellent! Thank you!

Everyone here was super helpful in getting my dog Ella an emergency referral after her back legs started failing. She was seen by a neurologist the same day and is now on medication and cage rest with a slipped disc. Thank you to everyone who acted quickly to help us.

We took our cat in for her annual check up and injections and the vet gave her a full check. She had developed a sore ear a few days beforehand and he checked that out. He was very kind and thorough
