Excellent! Saw me early, checked my lad over. Signed up for the pet care plan. Straight forward and easy. Receptionist was super friendly and the vet and they kindly looked after my lad while i popped to Asda as was heavily raining. Great store and really helpful 👍

Absolutely lovely vets, when we first arrived a staff member came out with a pet rat on his shoulder, so certainly an animal lover and the vet herself gave us great advice for our yorkshire terrier, really listened and took interest even though we walked in without an apointment 10/10

Absolutely faultless! They were professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The vets offer lots of options to cover all price ranges, they take their time and don’t rush. The nurses are friendly, gentle and have a high level of knowledge. The staff on the desk (Georgia and Hannah) are treasures who have been nothing but delightful- keeping me informed, offering manageable appointments and being friendly and compassionate. I am so glad I moved to this practice for a second opinion.
