Our dog Roxy had a very large lump on leg ,we were at the time at another vets who diagnosed cancer they were quiet negative to the extend we were contemplating putting her to sleep .We decided to take her to vets for pets Rustington who were absolutely amazing .She had the surgery but unfortunately had complications which meant her wound needed specialist treatment daily .She was placed in the care of Carla one of the nurses who came in on her days off to see her and long story short she is fully recovered and now cancer free .All the staff were amazing but Carla went above and beyond to care for Roxy .

Vets for pets in rustington were so friendly and helpful from when I phoned up. I had a very poorly rabbit on a Sunday. The vet luckily was able to see us. Sebastian was our vet. He honestly was the most kindest and caring vet . I'm so pleased we had him. Unfortunately we had to put our gorgeous boy Milo put down. But Sebastian gave us time and was so patient to let us say our goodbyes with lots of tears. We even had his fur and poor prints and nose prints which I will treasure forever. Thank you all for being so kind!. 🩵

Following a misdiagnosis and being asked for numerous urine samples to be charged for. Joining the pet club in June and receiving nothing in return to date. I have contacted the bank for a refund of direct debit for pet club and won't be using their service again. My dog was treated at a different vet on an occasion where I couldn't get an urgent appointment and was substantially better within 2 days with a different diagnosis.

Used to think vets for pets was the best vet to go to but my experience over the years and more recently had meant I have now taken my pets away from them They try to sell you medications for things unrelated to what you actually went in for. Like stating ears could do with cleaning drops. Very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I had to have my 13 year old dog put down. They kept selling me medications and gave him 2 operations costing a total over £6,000. Special foods etc. he would pace around at night whining but they kept saying he wasn’t in pain. When I finally decided the time had come to put him to sleep there seemed no care with the vet keep poking his eyes to check for a response I guess. He was shaking and scared but vet didn’t do anything No talking no caring. Final straw when I was charged £29 for a cancelled appointment made only 2 hours prior. I rang back about 30 mins after making the appointment crying to say I couldn’t get my cat in the basket and was told it would be £29. Disgraceful money making uncaring corporation now.

The reception staff are so kind and helpful, they cared for our dog cookie, the vet always took time to explain everything, we never felt rushed and always felt like they genuinely cared, especially costa the vet. Best vets I definitely recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
