Vet Hayley is Amazing first time ever get spoke to & treated with empathy & explained problems & treatment in a way you can understand easily!! Honestly have recommended already to Family whom are now with them & my daughters dog has Cancer & until now through Hayley again my daughter now has been explained so she now can understand it more easily & Hayley has gone above & beyond with her telling my daughter to call anytime with her concerns. Thank you to Hayley & staff for that simple & easy way of putting people with poorly animals at ease!! Outstanding Customer Relations 💜

Really great experience at Pet Practice Rustington today. We saw Hayley, who was absolutely fantastic — she carried out a very thorough check and explained everything clearly, which was really reassuring. She was calm, gentle, and clearly cares about the animals she treats, which made the whole visit much less stressful. I left feeling really confident in the care provided. Thank you, Hayley!

***fore warning graphic pictures attached*** I just want to make a point of saying thank you to Pete and the rest of the team for helping Gandi but also restoring my trust in vets after a few less positive situations at previous practices. I felt very comfortable trusting you all with Gandi. The work carried out on him is wonderful he's been very happy, healthy and recovered so well, he has such a tidy scar so thank you! Between this and petes correction of my labrador Wispa's diognosis previously we have definitely found a vet that we can fully trust. I haven never felt that anything other then my animals welfare takes priority in any conversation or information I have received at this clinic, with full understanding of circumstances too.

This is the 1st time a vet had all the time in the world for us. Wanted us to completely understand our dog and possible condition. Wasn't trying to up sale treatments or push us into anything. Just a truly lovely man who loved animals and his job. Would happily recommend to anyone and will not hesitate to bring Lottie in when ever she needs to.

This vet practice is amazing! I have a real issue trusting vets but this last time I took my cat they did not even charge me despite having to battle her into and out of her cat basket (she is semi-feral). They were compassionate, amazing and I am grateful to them for the care of our cats and dog!

Having moved a few months ago, I was a little concerned about finding a vet practice that I felt happy and confident with. I really shouldn’t have worried ! Pet Practice with their amazing vets and nurses go above and beyond. Thank you all so very much for looking after my dogs as you do.

Very sadly I had to have my beautiful baby Roxy put to sleep on Wednesday. I initially booked it for 530 but rang up on the morning expressing the urgency and they accommodated the appointment straight away same day . I’ve been at other vets and they seem to be very much about money. This practice clearly cares about the pets welfare and the owners feelings. They made the whole experience calm and my beautiful baby girl just fell asleep. I can’t thank the team enough for being so professional and loving. They even gave us a paw print and as much time as we needed, I will be grateful Also just to add that on the run-up to her illness another vet wanted to do expensive tests and scans , this vet was straight up and far more honest and diagnosed cancer without making my dog suffer Thank you, thank you, thank you
