Wanted to leave a 5 star review for how my dog was treated today at the vets in Rustington pet doctors. The vet was aware how nervous she was and took the time to go slowly and quietly. My dog usually shakes and wont even go in the room and this vet was stroking her, vaccinated her examined her and my dog even felt calm enough to take a treat from her. This made such a difference as she was calm and was a much more pleasurable experience for us both. Nothing was too much for her and I will definitely be requesting her again!!!

5 stars for Dr. Regina Tay. She is one of the best vets we’ve ever met. Kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable, she truly loves animals, and both of our cats, Ginger and Blackie felt so comfortable with her. We wish all vets were like her! The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. 🐾🐱"

Just wanted to say thank you to vet Lizzie for helping me with Mog. She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. He is likely to still see Lizzie once a month for a monthly injection. Lizzie has also been brilliant helping me with my very elderly guinea pig! The whole team are very friendly and helpful.

Love this vets , everyone goes beyond Thier duties. Our little dies was savagely mauled by another dog and they saved her life . Lisa stayed with her all night so she wasn't frightened she was wonder , we can't thank them all enough , and they are still brilliant so caring and can't do enough for you . Thank you XX

Just brilliant, really knowledgeable and caring. Smartie, our Sealyham terrier is very happy too. Nina's one star comment below is I think more of a reflection on her character/state of mind at the time and not on the Practice.

I take both my cats and dog to see David and sometime Mel. They are always looking out for both my pets and myself. A special mention to all the nurses who are so helpful and friendly. The only downside is I sometimes have to wait a few minutes as it can get very busy.
