Probably the most money grabbing vets i've ever visited in my life. Misdiagnosed my 13week puppy, gave him the wrong meds which made his condition worse. Visited a 2nd time, different vet saw to him, diagnosed him correctly and gave him the correct meds. Contacted their so called "customer service" was refused any sort of discount or refund for the shocking service. I'm now signed up with Stevie Wonder vets who can do a much better job although being fully blind!

I have dealt with Pet Doctors Felpham for all my dog's life which was 15 years. My dog was put to sleep on 1st April this year, they were very sympathetic and didn't rush and reassured my dog who passed away peacefully with the injection. I would especially like to thank the vet and nurse who attended at this time. I would recommend Pet Doctors to anybody.

Unhelpful. I am cleaning up so much cat urine, but they don't care because there's no bladder infection. Maybe, if I started bringing urine soaked items to their doorstep, they'd put more effort into finding the cause and/or the solution. Or at least call to say there's nothing.

This is not a veterinary clinic. At best they have a vet on site for 5-6 days a month. Trying to get an appointment for my dog, you can never book an appointment and you have to wait until a certain day and then phone at 08:30am, twice I have have to do this now and both times they have rung 1-2 hours before my appointment and said they now have an emergency so they cannot see me. If I was to book an appointment you have to wait 2+ weeks. This clinic is run so poorly, pets will suffer having to wait for an appointment I would recommend never using Pet Doctors. The staff have no empathy and cannot explain any of the issues, all they give you is 'this is our policy'.

Went to the vets to have our dogs nails clipped and from the receptionist to the nurse that did the procedure, it was a great experience, they were all friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them to do. What a lovely staff and surgery.
