Always the BEST service from Harbour. They look after our 2 bunnies Lily and Rosie and do a wonderful job with them. They've been spayed with this practice and had multiple check ups part of our pet plan and they are just so good with them. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Thank you to an amazing team xxx

Writing on behalf of my daughter, who was in urgent need of help, her dog was having seizures and not coming out of it, she couldn’t drive her car to her vet’s in Emsworth and lives across the road from this vets, so wanted urgent help, and said I can put him in a pushchair and run him across the road, To be seen, and get him help, he had already been seizing a long time, and no revocation that her vets had given her to administer where helping. She was very distraught and asked for help and was refused any form of compassion or help!!! Vets are supposed to be animal lovers, and able to help all pets in an emergency as this most certainly was. If they had tried to help he might be with us now as I write this. Disgusted with how they responded in this emergency !!

What a great place, we got here at 07:45 on a Saturday with our poorly cat called Panza, and at eight he was on the table being seen to. They took loads of money off us by 08:30. We had to go to North End Portsmouth on Sunday to get him back, where we had to pay more money. What a great business to be in. You've just gotta pay out when your daughter is there. Doh. The vets have now moved to Dobbies in Havant. Don't worry they will still take money from you. DW.

Our female kitten, Nova, was spayed a little while ago and I'm very happy with the treatment and care she received. Good price, especially with being on the healthy pet club. The vets and veterinary nurses were lovely and Nova seems happy with them, cuddling them and purring. She was given sensitive tummy food, painkiller and a onesie to stop her licking the wound. A couple of days later she had a check up and the vet was lovely, giving her a cuddle and was really gentle. Having four cats I've used them as a vet for over ten years and top quality treatment every time. A couple of years ago one of my other cats, Cicero, was very unwell and I phoned as soon as the vets opened and I was given an appointment for straight away. The vet saw him and was really kind to me because I thought he was going to die he was so sick. They treated him and he improved so quickly I could take him home that evening and within 24 hours it was like he'd never been ill. Fantastic vets, easy to get to and lovely staff. Photos show Nova's wound, the onesie and Nova and Cicero.
