  Wonderful practice! All the staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming. We were reassured, had all our questions answered and felt confident and happy after bringing our rabbits in. Would 100% recommend.

  Absolutely fantastic! As a new puppy owner the vet was absolutely amazing, we had our vaccinations and check up. I was given lots of information, showed me how to clean my dogs ears properly amd was very polite and welcoming! The reception staff are lovely too! And I was assured no question is a silly question and whatsapp is open to ask anything which is great 😀 Thanks for having Monty

  Great service from everyone at Vets for Pets Havant. I arrived quite early to my appointment (you have to try to catch Khaleesi while you have the chance!) and was seen earlier than my appointment time to reduce the stress on her (she hates being in the carrier). The vet we saw was patient and gentle with Khaleesi and helped her feel at ease (as much as a cat can when visiting the vet!) and the staff on the reception desk were great too and even said Khaleesi was beautiful (she loves to be told this!) Havant Vets for Pets have cared for both of my cats needs since they were kittens and their level of service, patience and kindness (with my two very nervous cats) is the reason that I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else.

  Absolutely super service from all the team at Havant Vets for Pets. Anna and her team looked after my cat,Obi, so well. Anna was kind, understanding and very professional. The ladies on the reception desk are friendly and supportive. I am very grateful for such super care for my poorly boy.

  I went in today with my son and one of my cats the receptionist was polite as walked in and we sat down, we were seen promptly even though we were early. I asked quite a few questions and I was answered and never felt rushed.. on way out needed to book the surgery, the receptionist was amazing talking with me about things and she was amazing with my son, even offering him a human cupcake for great behaviour (even asking me first if ok) I left smiling happy and this is not the first time.

  I took our pug to Vets for Pets yesterday and wanted to leave a review. The two young ladies on reception were honestly brilliant — really enthusiastic, polite, friendly, and genuinely made an effort with our pug (which isn’t always the case elsewhere!). I’ve been coming here for around nine years and while I’ve never had any real complaints, the current reception team really stood out. Their attitude was refreshing — happy, smiley, and you could tell they actually wanted to help. It made what can sometimes be a stressful visit feel easy and positive. They definitely deserve to be recognised for the great service they're providing. 👏🐾

  I can’t recommend this vet practice enough. Kym and Amy on reception always make me and my precious dog feel so welcome, they’re always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help. Anna the vet is fantastic too, so kind and gentle and really took the time to explain everything clearly. Thank you to the whole team for providing such wonderful care and compassion every time we visit.
