so, i ordered a pair of dentures and when i got them i opened them at the office and my dentures weren’t in them, then i noticed there was bite marks on the box. Then i looked up and that fizzy haired women was wearing them 😡

People definitely are getting this post office confused with another in town. This office is by the train station and the women behind the desk are very lovely. As a mum you can imagine I'm frazzled easily but they were lovely and patient. Just wanted to pop on here and say my bit as I read the reviews before going and was hesitant, so I'm glad I went in to form my own opinion.

The lady wirh the frizzy hair is incredibly rude. I've let it slide the last 2 times but this time enough is enough and I will no longer return to use your service. Also I've seen the previous replies so I'll clear this up, I have the correct post office, your replies to others feedback is pretty telling to the mentality your staff have. Be better.
