Took my new Bengal kittens for initial vaccinations and check up at Cowplain. From receptionist to the veterinarian just a great experience. Lots of advice and reassurance. Obviously know what they are doing. Highly recommended 👍

My experience of this vets was horrendous. They tried charging us for a whole vial of insulin when they only used a single syringe. They later gave us the wrong insulin and tried to gaslight us into believing it was the right one. They supplied boxes of syringes, where some of the pounches inside had been opened and syringes taken. There were many mistakes and never an apology or explanation. But to top it all off, one of my cats had been vomiting, had diareoah, lost weight, her behaviour had changed, and after doing a blood test the vet turned to me and asked me what I wanted to do next. No explanation, just what did I want to do. She then handed me some kind of textbook with explanations of different blood tests and asked me to choose. No advice, just figure out what to do myself. We eventually left this practice, and within just weeks, after months of horrid careless medical meandering from animed, the new vet had realised my cat had tumors on her liver and she was now too fragile to operate on. Because of the incompetent, careless and unfeeling approach of the animed vet, it was now too late to try and save my cat and we had to watch her slowly deteriorate and pass away. Do not use this veterinary practice.

Very helpful and supportive with our pets. Friendly vet and receptionist who helped deal with our problem quickly and efficiently. Great service over a bank holiday, advised over the phone to save us the consultation fee and booked us an appointment for the next day. Great advice and excellent service.

Amazing team! Can always get hold of them, which I have struggled to with other vets. Very attentive and are really helpful. Always really friendly and my dog absolutely loves them. Can't recommend these guys enough! Took care of our family dog over the years and never failed us. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you

These vets have to deal with my cat regularly because he's a pain for getting into fights and trying to make jumps he can't, as well as getting illnesses. Lovely and friendly staff who try to be as fast as they can. Of course, there's some things they can't do and we're sent to another much larger vet, but they try their best.
