What a wonderful caring place. Drove someone here with their very poorly dog that unfortunately did not return with us. We were half an hour early for his appointment but the staff were on hand immediately and took the dog to save any more suffering. People are very lucky to have this place to take their precious animals. Has its own car park.

I took my dog boo to the pdsa Monday for a planned, euthenisia, Jessica was the vet that day, words cannot express how amazing kind and gentle she was. She talked me through the process and was talking to my boo bear through out the whole process even when she had fell asleep, she also had me paw prints done. I can never say thank you enough for making one of the hardest experiences of my life that little more easier to handle i would also like to say a big thank you to the lady behind reception who was amazing and caring and also the nurses. You all took great care of my baby and I'm forever grateful

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They have treated my fur babies with such love and care and always go the extra mile, which is especially important as first time pet owners. I really love seeing all the vet students' enthusiasm and empathy

My first visit today with my cat Tilly who is 18 years old. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Jess the vet that saw Tilly was so lovely. Keep up all your good work helping people who are on low wages or on benefits. Without of you people would not have any one to help our pets. Thank you all the staff at the PDSA animal hospital cowplain.

Fine if your pet is on deaths doors, terrible for anything else, fobbed off when there's clearly a problem. Happy to tell you your pet needs to see a vet, happy to then take your money for that appt and then happy for the vet to say they won't do anything until the animal stops eating- so why say the animal needs to see a vet again if you know you're not going to treat it? Just to take my money it feels like. I understand its a charity but going 4/5 times for the same issue after being advised by themselves to do so and then told they won't treat her doesnt make much sense does it. Definitely wouldn't go here if I had other options- unfortunately for my pets I dont at the moment.

This place is so busy, it's understaffed and over populated but the staff are wonderful. I've sadly lost two cats, the staff were so good to me. Yes if I had money my cats might have lived. This is a charity and they prevented my babies from suffering. I see so many demanding entitled people, if you can get your lips full of Botox you can go private. Leave this service for those who genuinely have no money. If you don't like it go elsewhere. Thanks PDSA for everything you do xx
