Amazing people, amazing service. My 19 year old cat passed away so we called to inquire about cremation. They were amazing from start to finish, so understanding, so empathetic, i couldn't praise them more. Thank you all.

Poor continuity even for a charity (as I was rudely reminded when questioning why they ask what a reoccurring problem is). Made me think twice about getting a pet before I can afford to take them to a proper vets. Bare bones service despite some dedicated staff members, others not so much.

The vets, nurses and receptionist were pure magic. Not only did they gently manage my expectations but were understanding about how stressed I was and did all they could for Mazda-Simba. Thank you for healing him and getting him home 4 Christmas! He is doing well and it is a joy to see him out of pain and danger zone

They truly care about your animals. I was booked in, and my appointment was delayed by quite a bit. This would be annoying to most, but once I could see there atleast 4 emergency situations going on. With 2 pets dying, one coming in having seizures or one old boy collapsing in pain. Understandably they became a priority. If the shoe was on the other foot I would want them to see my pet in an emergency, they clearly try their very best under difficult circumstances.

Absolutely brilliant service and understanding from such a great team today on my first visit, unfortunately my cat had to have a scan and is booked in tomorrow for an operation but I was reassured and helped with kindness from the vet and the staff which was much appreciated

I would like to express how upset and really disappointed I am with the service my mother and I received when we were putting her beautiful dog to sleep. My mum had spent most of the week down here with emergency appointments and pushed for a scan and X-rays as being pumped up with steroids and painkillers was accomplishing nothing and you know your own pet and if there is something very wrong… I came down from Kent on Thursday for yet another appointment and they offered to scan and X-ray Camilla the following day. My mum had paid for everything including the scans & X-rays in advance and depending on what they found and how many they needed it maybe more or less than the amount already paid. As it turned out it was £21.00 more. The decision was made to put our furry princess to sleep as she had no quality of life with the outcome.Paul (the vet) came in,said nothing, had absolutely no bedside manner, compassion, eye contact or warmth about him and gave her the injection on the floor and before she was even asleep turned his back, started tapping on the computer and asked my mum if she knew she had a balance of £21.00 to pay. Really???? If I hadn’t been in such a shocked & distraught state I dread to think what would have happened. We have both had to go through this before and never experienced anything like it,she & we deserved better.
