The duty manager shun not sure if spelt right as she took off name badge when said going to complain .how she spoke to me was disgusting in front of my kids to not acceptable and to wind me up even more made a comment saying customers never right when question what she just said she reply don't care no one heard me and then lift me with 3 upset kids who where trying to buy a hamster cage ...can only say she didn't won't to be working their and I guess speak to customers like this as she thinks can get away with it ...she didn't care had my autistic son with me who become unsettled by her how she was addressing us ..everything seemed to hard work for her to help

I always get my hens pellets, corn and dog foods here. Having to lift these heavy sacks is sometimes becoming just impossible! Old age is winning! But… today the Deputy Manager kindly loaded my trolley, put it all through the tills and took the trolley out to the car. She then loaded it all into my car and took the trolley back! 2 sacks of pellets , 2 sacks of corn, straw, a sack of dog food, large sawdust, dog treats… heavy trolley! I was so very grateful to her. People who go over and above to help a customer are rare nowadays! Many thanks to her… I think her name was Charlotte.

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff took care and time to make sure I had the right set up for the ratties I was purchasing and they were going to a good home. The "quality" of the animals was also much better than the other big high street pet shop brand, you could tell the rats have been handled properly prior to being offered to the public and were in perfect health. I couldn't be happier with the 2 additions to our family and the friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Waterlooville store. Thank you very much!
