Receptionist and staff was very welcoming and friendly. The vet was brilliant explaining all of the options we could try to help with medication for our dog. Sorted out a plan to see how things go x

Our cat Jenny had a tumour under her tongue. She got poorly very quickly and in the last month of her life Gisu was amazing with our little old lady. When the time came to have Jenny put to sleep Beth and the vet nurse talked us through every step and made a friend of our girl, made her feel comfortable and safe. We cannot thank the wonderful team at Downlands enough.

Have used Downlands Veterinay for last 7 years, and have found them to alwsys to be very helpful and professional, My dog is always made welcome and and is settled by vet quickly. All the treatments and choices are discussed, prior and during appt. The surgery is very helpful with ongoing medication for my dog, and supports repeat prescriptions for me to collect. I would recommend Downland Vets to friends and family.
