Anyway ... might have deleted my earlier review but don't go there ! Horrible greedy director who was only interested in how much money she would make x no understanding of our loss or empathy x she made me feel that we were wrong in our decision but my lolly's eyes told me x im still traumatised and cry every day ! Said I will keep her for the day and her words do you want a quote ! Like money would even be an issue x lolly was 12 and a half years old . Our world x this person will never know just how awful she made us feel and if she can be bothered to read this, I really hope she can be kinder to people who come to that place in such a desperate state again. Nothing else to say apart from change your vet x

Got a same day appointment even though it was not an emergency. Lucy has always been troubled with her anal glands and they need emptying quite frequently. Pleased to say this health issue is being dealt with whenever needed and FOC with health club. Saving me a fortune and keeping Lucy comfortable.

Our dog has been with Portchester vets for 11 years, no matter the cause to take her to see the vets weather it is annual checks up or something a little more serious the staff are always polite, friendly and understanding. We would recommend this Vetenary practice to all.

We visited this veterinary clinic for the first time with our puppy, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. The whole team were incredibly kind and gentle with our dog, and it’s clear they genuinely care about animals. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood each step. We left with great impressions and complete confidence in their care. Highly recommend this clinic!

Our recent visit to Port Chester Vets, went well. A friendly greeting on entrance. We were seen on time and saw a friendly, professional vet, who made our dog and us at ease. Took time to explain her problem and how to deal with it. Gave her the top up jab, and flea and tick tablets. Couldn't have been more helpful. Only our second visit to this vet and are very pleased we joined. Happy to recommend.

Genuinely can't fault anyone in here! They went above and beyond for me and my little kitten frankie, who had to have his leg amputated on christmas eve! I can't recommend them enough, everyone in the practice has made me feel comfortable in this awful situation and guided me and frank though this hard time 🙂 big shout out to the young receptionist (sorry I don't know your name) and the vets Katie and Alex! Thankyou all so much

Caring staff put my little Frenchie back to rights today when her paw ballooned up & was very badly inflamed for some unknown reason. They were very good with her & she was happily walking around before we even left tbe surgery after the injections she was given. Im very pleased .
