As always Vets4Pets have been wonderful, if I'm not quite sure of the diagnosis the vets and receptionists explain everything, the prices are fair aswell, as with everything you get what you pay for xx 🐶

There aren’t enough words to describe this amazing practice. They cared so deeply for my dog, Flossy, from the very beginning to the very end, and there was nothing but love, compassion and comfort for both her and us. Floss had several health needs, which meant we were regular visitors to the vets, but because the staff (every single person!) are just so lovely and genuine, she never had any fear or anxiety about going. In fact, she enjoyed it - she knew there would always be someone who couldn’t resist her puppy-dog eyes and who knew exactly where the treats were kept! I will forever be grateful for how they have treated us.

I recently took my Cockerpoo puppy, Toby, to Vets4Pets Gosport for his second booster, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve used another vet in the past where I always felt uncomfortable — the staff never seemed welcoming, and even the vets felt distant. But at Vets4Pets, every single member of the team was friendly, talkative, and genuinely interested in Toby. The vet herself (whose name I sadly can’t remember) was so caring and gentle. She made Toby feel completely at ease, even giving him treats during his injection, He didn’t even notice it happen! It was such a lovely experience from start to finish, and I now feel completely confident that Toby is in the best hands. Highly recommend! 🐾

⭐☆☆☆☆ Avoid – False Information and Discrimination Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Vets4Pets Gosport. I paid for my dog’s first vaccination, but the second jab was never valid because it was not given within the required four-week window — yet they were still happy to take my money. When I tried to resolve this, the staff repeatedly hung up the phone, refused to give me information I requested, and failed to fulfil a Subject Access Request (SAR), which has been reported to the ICO. I was also discriminated against because of my disability, despite them already having medical letters confirming my needs. Absolutely disgusting customer service and unethical behaviour. Avoid this company at all costs.

Saw us last minute while we were on holiday and our dog had thrown up 5 times. Super friendly thorough professional staff who talked us through all our options, treated our dog and he was right as rain following it. Communicated with our usual vet at home as well. Excellent practice who don’t rip you off.

So my Ginny had a carbuncle on her tail she lost most of it, the tail that is. And my overwhelming thought is how happy she was to be there how calm she was and how much she likes the people there. And she's had to go before to have an eye removed. And yet she is just calm there never any fussing from her. And the tidiness of the work? So good. Am tempted to draw a Minecraft villager on her back now though.

The nurse explained exactly what would happen before, during and after Rubys surgery. I told her that I really wasn’t sure about her having the surgery and I definitely didn’t feel pressured one way or another. The nurse explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease.
