10.30am on a Sunday morning and I'm waking up with my flat shaking. With kango drills. Bad enough Saturday, after they shut. But Sunday morning is unacceptable. And I will be giving my recordings to PCC

Attended here in an emergency with an un registered pet who was having seizures due to eating something dangerous. The vets and staff were incredible. I believe a lot of work went into moving appointments as the two vets present pretty much immediately dropped everything to give our dog intense care for the remainder of the afternoon. It was a life or death situation and we couldn't be more grateful as their combined efforts, and that of the nurses and other staff also, saved her life. Once she was stabilised they had her transferred up to the Lighthouse veterinary hospital efficiently and smoothly, where she was also taken good care of over the weekend. This veterinary practice saved our dogs life and we are so SO grateful. They were also very kind to me in my flustered state and brought me some water and offered help re some grazes I had incurred due to injuring myself enroute. Thank you all so much (as of yesterday afternoon little one is home and recovering, slowly but surely, thanks to your team's efforts)

Amazing service same day within the hour vet seen for our Frenchie who cut her foot on flint on Southsea common. All sorted great service. Shame service isn't a national service as it would be worth it 100% even for an increased monthly cost as we are with vets4Pets elsewhere and pay monthly. Excellent service thoguh thank you so much to team.

My husband and I have both our cats here having had poor experiences at other vets and been recommended this practice by a friend. We've been really pleased with the high level of service, right from 'nose to tail' 🤣. But in all seriousness, everyone from reception through to veterinary staff has treated us and our pets with respect and kindness. We feel confident we are in good hands and the staff really do understand the individual wellbeing of our animals. Thank you.

We just want to say thank you to everyone at this practice for everything you’ve done for Rich over the years. You’ve always been there for him, from his younger days right through to the end. Your care, patience, and kindness meant a lot to us. Even if deep down we knew the answer, we’ll always be grateful to Justyn for guiding us to make the right decision when the time came. Rich is at peace now. Thank you so much!
