Welcome to Alver Veterinary Group located in the beautiful town of Gosport, Hampshire, England. Our practice comprises a remarkable group of dedicated professionals, with our veterinary surgeons team led by the esteemed Dr Kathryn Ling, a consultant holding a BVSc CertVC PgC(SAS) MRCVS qualification. Our team of veterinary surgeons also includes the talented Mr Ali Angay MRCVS, Dr Jasmine Barnes BVetMed MRCVS, Dr Brosna Bergin MVB CertAVP(SAM-F) MRCVS, and Dr Gareth Hobbs MRCVS. Each member offers a unique perspective and passion for veterinary medicine, contributing to our practice’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

In addition to our veterinary surgeons, Alver Veterinary Group features an exceptional team of veterinary nurses. Head Nurses Mrs Lesley Brown RVN and Ms Lee-Ann Hetherington RVN lead our compassionate nursing staff, which includes Mrs Andrea Coleman RVN, Mrs Victoria Dyke RVN, and Miss Anne Garoghan RVN. Together, they ensure that all patients receive the utmost care, comfort, and attention throughout their experience at our practice.

We are also proud to have an Advanced Practitioners department, offering additional specialist knowledge and expertise to cater to more complex cases. This team further reinforces our commitment to delivering the best possible veterinary care to our patients.

At Alver Veterinary Group, our state-of-the-art facilities cater to the various needs of our patients and clients. We are open six days a week, with convenient weekend hours on Saturday from 8:30 am until 15:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays. From Monday to Friday, our opening hours are from 8:30 am until 18:30 pm.

We understand that accessibility is essential for our clients, which is why our practice is equipped with disabled public access and a dedicated client car park so that all patients can comfortably visit our premises.
