Welcome to Fareham Creek Veterinary Surgery - a friendly and inviting veterinary practice located in Hampshire, England. With a team of expert vets and nurses, we strive to provide the best possible care to animals of all shapes and sizes.
At our practice, we believe that all pets should be treated like family members, and we take great pride in the relationships that we build with both pets and their owners. Our availability is designed to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:00pm. We are closed on Sundays to give our staff a well-deserved rest.
Our veterinary practice offers a range of services to keep your pet healthy and happy. From general health and wellness to surgery and dentistry, we provide comprehensive care for cats, dogs, birds, exotic animals, small mammals, poultry, and even wild animals. Our team of experts includes two veterinary surgeons - Dr Peter Heather BVSc MRCVS and Dr Rebecca Gustar BVM&S MRCVS - who have vast experience in the field. In addition to the veterinary surgeons, we have two exceptional veterinary nurses - Mr Andrew Gain RVN who is our Head Nurse and Mrs Emma Bishop RVN.
We have made every effort to ensure our facilities provide a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. We offer disabled public access, an onsite client car park, and are open on weekends. These facilities are designed to help make your visit to our practice as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Had our dogs annual check to . Saw Dan! What a lovely helpful guy. Wish he was a permanent vet. His knowledge and bedside manner made it a pleasant visit.

We are privileged and so happy to have found this fabulous independent vets. Becky has looked after our 4 dogs for the last 4 years and has been there through happy and sad times. All the staff are lovely, compassionate and professional. We have had dogs for over 20 years and this practice is by far the best. Thank you all.

Cannot recommend this vets enough. Our Lurcher Merida has had two very awkward surgeries, one to her leg and one to her tail. She has recovered well from both due to the expertise of Becky and the team there. They are really wonderful and experienced.
