My Boy has been a patient of Alphapet’s for the past 8 years, throughout his time as a patient he has received A+ treatment. All staff are friendly and accommodating and the new and updated clinic is spacious and includes private waiting rooms for those with anxious pets like myself. He never shies from entering the clinic and is always excited to see familiar faces. He has received both general and surgical treatment including a knee replacement and dental extractions and both times the process has been seamless with his needs always put at the forefront.

Our cat Marmite became very poorly and we were extremely worried. The vet who dealt with this issue has been absolutely brilliant. No messing about and straight to the point. Also he showed a caring attitude which went a long way with us. Thank you. Very professional.

I have had many cats over the last 20 or more years than that , and have all gone to ALPAPET VETERINARY CLINIC .the staff there are very kind and treat each pet with great care , and that includes their human ! Most of these pets were strays who adopted me and decided, yes I will stay here with you , so you are now ...my human , but I'm the boss !! I personally believe my pets are quite at home when we pay alphabet a visit , one I learned later had been roaming around for about 4 yrs . She only had one eye and was almost feral by the time she found me . I couldn't touch her for ages, but she let my vets shave her matted fur of all down both sides , and not a hiss or bite ! And she wasn't put under or tranquiliser in any way . She just let them do it , that's how comfortable she was and trusted them not to hurt her . ❤️

We’ve always had an excellent experience with Alphapet. The reception team are friendly and welcoming. I have a dog and cat and they are well looked after by the vet, Ivan. I would highly recommend this vet practicer.

The Vet we saw, Claire was amazing with my Cat, he was in pain with a Cat Bite Abscess and scared but she was so calm and gentle with him, would 100% choose to see her again, thank you Claire.

I want do a sincere shout out for Alphapets. Our Dachshund Boris was severely mauled by 2 Whemeramas. He was brought home and we rang Alphapets who said bring him to the Chichester surgery immediately. He was examined by Ben and squealed like mad. He gave him a strong pain killer and managed to do a full examination once the pain had subsided. Nothing broken no internal damage but 4 deep bite marks and muscular damage to back leg. He is home with drugs and improving. Alphapets rang in the evening to check on him. Check up on Tuesday. Alphapets were brilliant and reassuring as we were quite shaken. Their charge was reasonable and the other owner has paid the bill. If you need a local vet do consider them. They also have a part time surgery in Birdham.

Nice vets with a very friendly team of nurses. Saw them not only cleaning up outside the practice, but then witnessed them going around the large playing field and not only cleaned the dogs mess, but also picked up 3 bags of rubbish. Hats off to them. Updating my review in 2024. The practice suffered a water leak and I believe a collapsed ceiling. We understood the place in Bognor closing whilst the repair was carried out, however since the repair the practice now only operates on a part time basis. 08:30 until 16:00 3 days per week showing a complete lack of consideration towards their customers and in particular those who have to work. They have only reduced their hours not their charges. I feel they have left a lot of customers with little choice but to seek s new practice myself being one of them.
