All staff are very friendly my cat is never stressed when we go there even staff that see us once left the vets are super friendly some say my cat looks like an astronaut in her pet carrier would always stick with Downland vets. Photos off her waiting at the vets as you can see quite chilled wasn't even fussed with a dog waiting as room is divided

Lovely Veterinary practice. Helpful receptionist, both on phone and on site. The resident Veterinarian Anna is also an asset to the Practice. She has been extremely helpful when I have seen her with both of my dogs, one of which is terminally ill and on palliative care. She explained everything to me clearly and showed empathy. Thank You to all at Downland

Always the best experience at Downland, great staff who show support in droves to my dog. She loves going there despite regular necessary treatment being a little uncomfortable for her.

My very nervous 2 year old pup had an appointment today. They made him feel special, took their time with him so he was at ease. Managed to check him over with no issues, they were super patient with him. So glad I got him in to Downland vets.

I would like to thank David and his team for the care, support and kindness they showed Merlin and myself at his end of life appointment. He was my Ragdoll with attitude but David was always so patient with him even when Merlin was trying to attack him. Thank you for making a heartbreaking experience that little bit easier.
