AlphaPet are absolutely the best vet I have ever been to! We are on the health plan, I had Sarah yesterday for both of my dogs health check, nails and glands, She was thorough and showed me the problem with my dogs teeth. And explained all the best options. I would recommend these vets to everyone. Our fur babies are so precious. And it is reassuring that these vets care like we do.

I cannot thank enough Dr. Claire Sawyer for their kindness, professional and caring. Took great care of my precious kitten Bajka , and explain everything clearly. They made my nervous pet feel safe and comfortable during the visit. Big thank you!

Very happy with my vet appointment at Alphapet Birdham the vet Clare was very kind and came out to me in my car as I’m in a wheelchair and didn’t access the clinic. Instead, my friend took my dog into the appointment. Everything was explained to me and costs were quoted so I knew what was involved with my Pet requiring an operation.

Try anywhere else before using them and get an itemised bill if you do use them their prices will double each time. They do have a vet that is able to perform a full examination of a dog without actually touching it so that's something I suppose

Had my Dog's annual check up and injections yesterday at the Birdham clinic. Warm greetings from the Receptionist on arrival, good care taken by the Vet during the visit. All you can ask for during a very stressful time for my pet.

Unfortunately I received poor service from this vets. I have since moved to another as I wasn't happy with the advice/treatment given. It was suggested that my 11 year old dog would be put under and operated twice, firstly for the removal of a lump and then to be spayed with a second operation suggested by the receptionist. Whilst the receptionist was very friendly I couldn't help but feel pressured into it on the phone. When I called to cancel with plenty of days notice, as my dog couldn't be spayed due having a phantom pregnancy, she suggested to continue with the lump removal then have a second operation for the spay. Hence the change of vets as I felt it was too much to put my old dog through. This was also confirmed by my new vets it would be too much to put her through, with the diagnosis given. The new vets requested the medical notes of my dog back in November and I received an email from AlphaPet requesting my permission to send details over to the new vet which I replied with permission straight away. It wasn't until April the following year I received a call asking for my permission again (5 months later). My dog has since died which of course AlphaPet weren't to know but to only be following up a request which was asked for back in November - I am in shock. I cannot help but feel my dogs well-being wasn't high priority.
