Great staff. Took my tortoise there for a pre -hibernation check and learnt a lot. The vet has tortoises herself so is very knowledgeable.

This is by far the kindest most caring vets I have ever encountered. From your reception staff to veterinary nurses and including the vet himself. Professional compassionate and really goes over and above what they need to do. I’ve been to Havant and also the one in Bognor both couldn’t have been better. Thank you

They put your Animals at ease! They put their clients at ease! They make things generally easy! Maybe tea and biscuits or a nice glass of wine might add to the experience but the ambience is very good despite this!
