When Bramble was feeling very poorly, he was treated with care, and love. I felt supported, and was given time to ask questions, and explanations about ongoing treatments. I also had to contact the veterinary further on in the day, as Bramble was not settling, and had advice and reassurance. The reception girls, were very helpful, in contacting Chichester veterinary to make an ongoing appointment. Thank you. Bramble has had a much better day, through the care given.

The Vet was very caring when explaining the way forward for my dog. Took time to make sure I understood everything, I am very hard of hearing, so taking time to speak slowly really helps me to understand what is being said

Excellent Care for Rocco I recently booked an appointment at Arun Veterinary Group - Westergate for my dog, Rocco, to have his annual booster and a general check-up. Booking the appointment was really easy using the online app, which made the whole process simple and convenient. When we arrived, we were greeted by two smiling receptionists who immediately made us feel welcome. After weighing Rocco, we sat down and waited for our appointment. Exactly on time, the vet called us in, introduced herself, and confirmed the reason for the visit. The vet clearly explained everything throughout the appointment and took the time to ask my opinion regarding medication and treatment options. Rocco was given a thorough check-over, followed by his booster injection, and before long we were heading home again. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and it was obvious that the vet genuinely cared about what she was doing and had a real passion for animals. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

Arun Vets you are amazing, I have had to take my Bonnie to Westergate on several occasions recently. It is like her second home. But for the amazing good news we received at her last 2 appointments. I can honestly say I was overwhelmed and had a few happy tears. You worked alongside Anderson Moores in getting her back to her own little Westitude self. Also, we can't forget Storrington and Chichester in being there when out of hours were needed. Plus our little Bramble having her own recent visit with you too. Wouldn't go anywhere else thank you, Thank you, Thank you xx🐾🐾🐾🐾🤗

We’ve been registered at Arun Vets for 2 years and they’ve always been brilliant. The surgeries have great decor and atmosphere and the vets are all so friendly and caring. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

The staff here are always fantastic, so gentle with my dog (even though he's a big american bulldog he's a coward haha) and so kind and polite to me too
