Excellent treatment received. Caring & considerate of my dog’s anxiousness, vet sat on the floor until my dog was happy to take a treat from her. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I have a very nervous Maine Coon indoor cat so taking her to the Vets is very stressful for her. She had to go for her annual flu vaccine and health check. The Vet was lovely and handled her with great care. She was also kind enough to remove the matts in her fur that she won't let me near and gave me advice regarding how to look after her teeth. All of the staff are very welcoming and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t recommend Danielle and the front desk team highly enough. Danielle is a kind, vet who was so gentle and patient with my cats and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk team were friendly & welcoming making the whole experience calm and positive — it’s clear how much everyone genuinely cares about the animals they treat.

We had to go to the vets! Mr Tan the dog was not happy about it, but we met a great Vet there Antonio who took the time to understand Mr Ts problems. It was good to see Sarah and everyone was kind. Thank you 😊🐻

We had a really great first experience at Coastways in Portslade with our little kitten. The reception nurse Sarah was very welcoming. Antonio the vet was very attentive and made us feel at ease, answering all our questions which also helped. We would highly recommend. Many thanks

Fantastic team, always a friendly smile when I’ve visited. Sarah the receptionist is amazing, nothing is ever too much for her, always pleased to help. In fact all the nurses and Vets are really helpful. Recently a vet took the time to find out how much kennel cough injection was for me, what a great service. I always feel a warm welcome 🙏🏻 most recently Ruby had an eye operation and she’s still happy to go in to see everyone because they treated her with care.

We have used Coastway Vets Portslade for years for both our current cat Pepper and past cat Misty. The staff are always friendly and treat us with care. They have been brilliant when my cats haven’t been on their best behaviour! We will be using them for many years to come.
