My dog used to be very anxious about vet visits, but after just two appointments with Stephen, that completely changed. Stephen has such a calm and friendly manner, he quickly puts even the most nervous dogs at ease. My dog now leaves the clinic with a wagging tail instead of worry. Highly recommend!

My lovely pet dog recently passed away but had the best care from Portslade Grove Lodge. Stephen is a very skilled and knowledgeable vet, with lots of experience - and helped my dog to have a better quality of life when diagnosed with a heart condition. Karen and Sandra on Reception are also wonderful; so compassionate and understanding. I cannot thank them enough for the care they gave to my lovely girl (and to me as her owner). Without a doubt - highly recommended. Xx

Have always taken our dogs to Grove Lodge. We have seen Mr Courtney for many years and we trust him completely with the care he has provided with our dogs over the years. In fact we would not see anyone else. He goes above and beyond to do what is right for your beloved pet. Reception staff always polite and helpful. Can always get an appointment that suits especially if you need one on the same day. Just a great service

We are recently new members of Grove lodge and we could not be happier. The receptionist is warm and welcoming, but also informed and helpful. The waiting waiting room is clean and comfortable. The vet has been excellent! She listened to us and explained everything. (which has not always happened at other vets) I already have and will continue to recommend them to others!
