Very pleased with the care and attention, as usual, considering that this is not our usual surgery, and I got completely lost and was also 30 minutes late for the appointment. Stephen, the vet, who we usually see at Lancing surgery, was very understanding, and even apologised for asking us to come to a different location.

I'm very pleased with my choice of Grove Lodge Southwick as the vets for my new kittens. 🙂 Teresa the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, and Pedro the vet explained everything very clearly. I feel very confident that my kittens are in good hands when thry need to visit a vet.

Teresa was wonderful! I needed our cat Tigger to see a vet asap (although not an actual emergency) and I spoke to her on Thursday. On Friday she phoned me to get me an early appointment, which resulted in immediate treatment.

With a frankly terrified dog, I entered Grove Lodge Southwick and signed up as I was new to the area. The reception team were lovely and sat on the floor taking time to coax my dog over and give him a treat before he tried to escape, shaking. 3 months later the team at Grove Lodge have been the most welcoming, lovely people. I now have a dog that pulls to see everyone every morning on his walk. His annual vaccination (which is normally traumatic for both of us), went like a dream, with the vet laying on the floor with him, keeping him calm and happy - he didn't even notice the needle go in. I honestly could cry. After what has been by far the worst part of having my little guy around, the horror of a vet visit, we now both look forward to seeing the team... and we're only 3 months in! Within another year I expect my dog to try and start booking his own appointments. This may seem over the top, but it actually doesn't scratch the surface in terms of the difference I've witnessed in my dog. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Love my local vet! Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. Have paid a few visits with my 15 months old cockapoo and she always looks forward to going in. Never felt the appointment was rushed, always picked a few good tips for meal times etc. Happy doggo and happy me 🐶😊

Very friendly vets who always give great care. They always explain things very clearly and talk thing through very well. The practices are always very clean, really well presented and our cat has always been very comfortable and calm there. The vets also give great advice and we are very happy to have our cat looked after by Grove Lodge
