Priory Lodge are so welcoming, supportive and helpful. All the staff and vets are kind and considerate towards the animals in their care. This has been extremely comforting for my dog and for me. Ruth and the whole team are so professional in their approach and always have and continue to make the time to explain everything. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

We recently had to say “good bye” to our much loved black cat Jack, and I can’t rate Hermione and the whole team any higher for their kindness and professionalism. They all really helped make a very difficult day that little bit easier, and we were really touched to receive a follow up card a few days later. Lovely people who do great work - thank you.

Dolly had to have 4 teeth out! I just can’t complement the practice enough. Receptionists, Nurses, Mr Brink are all so caring and lovely. They treated Dolly so gently. The aftercare from the operation was superb. All the medication was explained clearly to me and I was given a helpline to phone if I need it. I really cannot fault our care. Thank you.
