Receptionist has an attitude problem! ππ»bye. The receptionist was argumentative and cheeky on the phone when I called, so I phoned Swan vets instead. ππ»

Annual vaccination today and an issue with anal glands. Canines scraped, vaccination and kennel cough. Antibiotics into anal glands, all with no fuss. Never seen a more skilled vet, fabulous

Nice staff, acceptable treatment, disappointed by the price of things. Feels like they take advantage of the fact that most people have an insurance and fleece the living-life out of them, which ultimately makes everything dearer for everyone. Pet treatment costs a fraction of a fraction in other countries and is every bit as good - I know by experience. I don't expect they'll change, but feel these things need to be called out.

My bunny had seizures and was literally dying and they saved him, thanks so much for your care and professionalism

Shocking. So so so horrible. The vet was cold, self important... Zero smiles or warmth. Didn't acknowledge my sick dog once. After nearly 10mins of questions and no examination I just left. Have to find another emergency vet. Was totally empty. Can see why.

This practice is excellent. The vets and nurses are very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist cant do enough for you . Archie just loves going there . Archie is very vocal and they just take it in there stride. Cant praise them enough .
