I unfortunately had to put my cat of 15 years down a few weeks ago, my family have used both Swan practises for longer than I can remember and always had a brilliant experience. They were more than kind when we needed it, and even sorted out getting paw prints & a lovely little jar of fur to remember my cat by. They also sorted out the collection for being cremated which was hasslefree. Thankyou all again!

Mr Swan really is a great vet, knows what he is doing and very friendly. All the staff are professional, friendly and nothing is too much for them. We've been fortunate to have such a great vet on our doorstep in Dyce.

misdiagnosed cat with diabetes, took her elsewhere and found out she had a heart condition. stated that i didn’t believe it was diabetes and my comments were ignored, had an xray where heart should have been picked up on but wasn’t. she was sent home and didn’t make it. This was my cat before going here, and this is my cat after (an urn with her ashes in it)

I've used this practice quite a few times over the past 13 years and always been happy with the service. Recently our cat went in for Spaying and she was looked after brilliantly. They really do care.

I can honestly not speak highly enough about the service and care shown towards my girl from the first seconds of contact with the great nurses , I was shown that she was in very safe and super caring hands. Mr Swan- aka- the legend, has 40 years experience, his lovely wife 25 years. So you know if you take your pet here it's going to get the best of care possible. The staff couldn't be more friendly. They even laughed at an old man's stupid jokes. If that's not kindness I don't know what is 😂 One other thing I thought was nice , when I went to pick up my girl , the receptionist said she couldn't wait to call me , with what was good news. I'd recommend this vet to anybody and everybody. You can be safe in the knowledge that your pet will be treated with the absolute best care and the service you get is awesomely, awesome! If I could give 10 stars , I would have. So if your looking at reviews to pick a vet. Look no further as I've had many pets over the years, but I've not had a better vet , than Swan Veterinary 💯
