Our dogs actually love going to their vets, our Askit (4 years old) runs in the door hey love all the staff. Get loads of claps, boosies and attention (him and his sister Molly-Mae). My husband and I trust the staff 100.percent, they do what's right for the pets in their care! It's a warm welcoming environment and staff are so chatty, friendly and well just down to earth and normal. Thank you all

Aurora have looked after my pets for years. I would be very sad if I had to go elsewhere because they are kind, caring, efficient and very skilled in pet care, as well as having an open, friendly and considerate manner with clients. I have every confidence in knowing my pet with be well cared for by Aurora.

I spoke to a lady in the car park yesterday and had planned to go in today to register my 7 dogs, as I’ve just moved to the city from overseas. However, I was harshly approached by the same woman telling me to get out of the car park and that she was going to report me. Completely unnecessary and very unprofessional behaviour. I will not be registering any of my pets with this vet. It’s a real shame, as it would have been a convenient location for me — but after being spoken to like that, absolutely not.

Can’t recommend Aurora highly enough! Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Never feel rushed during appointments and the vets are excellent at giving clear and detailed information. Most recent 2 visits have been with Kevin and he was fantastic.

We have been using Aurora for nearly 4 years, everyone clearly loves animals as our pooch Lucy gets excited when we pull up (to top up her vaccinations) as she gets attention from the reception and vet and she sits smiling happily throughout. They vet is always thorough giving her a check up as at 10 she is starting to show signs of ageing but thankfully she's in good health. It's not a chore taking her to the vet as you see in the photo she is happy to go!!!
