Absolutely fantastic vets. Couldn't rate them any higher. They treat your pets like they are one of their own. Even received flowers when my Retriever Hugo died.

Service and care of my dog, has been fine, and the care and treatment of the vets, has been greet, But I'm sorry to say that this is overshadowed by the costs of the treatment, even after being ask just to pop back to see everything's ok, That not done to check everything is ok but another way to get more money out of you, After spending a lot of money with wave this year, There caring manner is overshadowed by a way of making more money, Disappointed ☹️

Being on holiday, our dog needed to visit a vet, we google searched vets in wadebridge and choose Wave Vets. From our initial contact, to arrival, the reception team were so lovely and made us feel very welcome, we were called in by Harrison, who listened, showed empathy, was kind and highly knowledgeable. You could tell he just wanted to do the best by our dog. By the close of business, we had a consultation, tests, a call from Harrison with possible diagnosis and a plan in place, our experience with Harrison was really reassuring and we would highly recommend him. On the basis of our experience, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much Harrison and the reception team you were amazing. Alfie.

We had to take a trip to the vets on day 2 of our holiday due to my Labrador having hurt his leg. I was impressed from the moment I called the vets. The service was really friendly & straightforward in terms of getting an appointment for the same day. Then when we arrived that same service continued. The ladies behind the reception desk (my apologies your names have slipped my mind) were absolutely lovely. Giving ted treats and making both us & him feel welcome. It’s the first time teds not been nervous in a vets! And this experience continued as we met with the Vet who was also lovely. (Again Im terrible with names apologies) He took his time to check ted over and explain his thoughts with us, even drawing a diagram on the whiteboard to help us understand. I felt like he had all the time in the world for us which was such a refreshing experience. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend this vets to anyone in Cornwall whether visiting or residents!I just wish I had them in my hometown. Thank you wave vets ❤️
