I visited this vets whilst I was on holiday over 100 miles from home. I did not have an appointment, but they managed to fit me in. Both the lady on reception and the nurse that saw my dog were very friendly and helpful. The waiting area and the consultation room was very clean. Thank you so much!

I stood next to a sign which said do not abuse the staff where a staff member verbally abused me. After three sessions costing me a fortune. The vet said. ‘I don’t know what it is’ they offered to cut is nails then said pop him in for an X-ray on Monday: please go on line and see what this place charges for an X-ray. My dog was trying to tell me he hated this vets I didn’t listen but then finally I did. I hate Newts vets I really do. I hate the way they treated my wonderful friend. I changed vets, they identified the problem and he did not need an x-ray. Thank you for listening.

We have just had Salim Sidani treat our Golden Retriever. From the second we walked into his room we were given nothing but the friendliest reception. He was wonderful with our dog & makes him feel so super comfortable. Thank you so much Nutes!

Everyone, from reception to Katherine, the vet, was ever so nice, caring and helpful. I was an emergency walk in without appointment first thing in the morning as our dog got attacked the day before and it would have been so easy to send us away or make us come back, but instead, we were seen straight away and Katherine examined the dog thoroughly and made sure his swollen eye was well taken care of. I must say I felt extremely well looked after and left reassured that everything is in good hands and that our dog received the right care. I was very grateful that everything has been made so easy for us. It’s a triple thumbs up from me!

Horrible horrible vet my partner took our dog to see at this veterinary and it’s not the first time we have been treated like this. All he did was shake his head and say how he didn’t like this breed of dog (British Bulldog) it’s your job to look after animals not judge them or avoid helping them because you don’t like them. Why would you be a vet if you don’t like certain breeds of animals? He told my partner that these dogs should not be bred. There are lots of breeds that probably shouldn’t have been bred but they are here and it’s not there fault. Have cancelled our membership I know of far better veterinary care in the county.

We've been using these guys for years, two dogs seeing their last moments here in the most sensitive & caring way possible. Our cat is now finishing up treatment for a nasty bite & the vet has been incredible. All the staff clearly adore animals & it's obvious the moment you walk in. At no point do you feel the suggested treatments are unnecessary or cynical & they always let you know what things will cost. Anything vet related is expensive for good reason but the bills here are incredibly reasonable, shockingly so. Just cannot fault this practice

Whilst on holiday, our little Doris became very ill. We were seen by a great vet quickly who gave Doris a good look over. Prescribed some meds for her and if no improvement when home to take her to our vets. Thank you so much for your help with her. She is doing very well 🐾
