We have been with zetland Vets for many years and the whole team in fishponds and the emergency teams at Gloucester Road have always taken care of our dogs. That sense of worry stops when your with them even if its bad news they always find a plan to make sure your dog and you are happy with the next steps. I would recommend them any day for the care of your pet. Our dogs love Maria, Rosie and Leslie.

I’d like to pass on my thankyou to Maria. She was always so lovely and caring towards Willow. She helped identify Willow’s underlying condition and referred us to the hospital, which was sorted within a matter of minutes. Although Willow has now been put to sleep, Maria showed care and compassion towards her and my family throughout. I will be forever grateful for the way she helped.

Cannot fault the staff at Zetland Vets in Fishponds, from the receptionists to the vets everyone is so lovely and willing to help. I’m quite an anxious person so whenever I have had to bring Ziggy in for anything other than a routine appointment, I am always put at ease that he will be looked after and treated with the utmost of care. Thank you team ❤️

Had to take dog in for check up after being attacked by another dog while away on holiday. First visit to this vets and staff were very good and Roscoe was happy to see them and enjoyed the treats.

Stay away. Nice people but nice does not equal competence. Go immediately to Langford if your dog has something serious. Scaring always the owners about X-rays or ultrasounds, instead performing useless physical examinations in annual checks. Zero prevention.

My dog was registered at Zetlands Fishponds for 2 years, and during that time, his care was ok. Leslie in particular, provided a really good service. However, a recent incident with vet Jennifer prompted me to change vets. I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and treatment provided for my dog’s eye ulcer, which led me to having to seek care at Rowe hospital instead. I also felt that my concerns were not addressed when I complained, and that my input as a pet owner was overlooked. I hope this feedback helps improve eye care at Zetlands, especially in the management of more serious eye ulcers. I’ve changed vets now and so happy I did as the level of service is much better.
