Their costs are good and I feel value for money. A great team of animal care focussed experts. I have had a number of dogs over 34 years and have always come back to this vets as I trust them. Had a call from someone called ‘Lorraine’ who was very rude and patronising on the phone. I think her attitude is digusting towards myself. I’ve personally been using this vets for just over 20 years and have never experienced anyone speak the way she has. What a shame
