In addition to the veterinary surgeons, the practice is home to a skilled team of registered veterinary nurses, led by head nurse Miss Georgina Haddrell. Excellent vets giving sound sensible advice and treatment. No hidden costs, no leading you down a costly path of testing or treatment unnecessarily. Always caring, supportive and pragmatic. Their costs are good and I feel value for money. A great team of animal care focussed experts. I have had a number of dogs over 34 years and have always come back to this vets as I trust them. They are part of our pet family.

Had a call from someone called ‘Lorraine’ who was very rude and patronising on the phone. I think her attitude is digusting towards myself. I’ve personally been using this vets for just over 20 years and have never experienced anyone speak the way she has. What a shame
