Ozzy got caught in the eye by a cat, causing a super deep ulcer. Clara the locum vet told us at the beginning it was 40/60% he could loose his eye... the fight was on! 3wks of 2 lots of eyes drops, 2 weekly visits to the vet and one very pathetic dog!... I cannot praise the Fernlea staff at Kingswood enough, for their consideration and empathy (the smiles and warm welcomes) It was Clara who made Ozzy's visits calm and peaceful with lots of praise and treats... within days he totally trusted that she was doing the best she could for him during some pretty painful examinations. One eye saved, a happy dog and very thankful owners. Thank you Clara and the team for everything you did for our little boy x

Looked after my little cat very well when he became unwell recently. He’s a nervous cat but seemed quite content when I picked him up. Knowledgable, kind and caring vets and nurses. Happy to recommend.

Comprehensive examination of my dog, who was showing unusual symptoms. His problem was diagnosed quickly and a path forward was explained fully and agreed upon. Very helpful and professional vet practice. Def recommended.

If your dog is scared of the vets take them to Fernlea. My lab is treated like a king treats cuddles and a thorough diagnosis. My only worry is he's going to injure his other leg so he can go back next week.

Normally good service. But they care better for animals than their owners (which would normally be ok). But please amend your opening times info on google as you are shut on Saturdays. Also no opening hours info on your businesses door.

Cannot speak highly enough of Fernlea. I don’t really know how we can thank the whole team enough for what they have done for our beloved dog Bear over the years but particularly in the last few months. The genuine care, concern and kindness shown by every member of the team, from reception to nurses to vets is second to none. Both my husband and I would recommend them to anyone. We are so grateful for what they have done for our boy and giving us precious extra time together whilst always putting Bear and his quality of life first. Bear is absolutely loving his new pain free, 3-legged life. He’s adapted so well - nothing can stop him! Thank you Fernlea, so much.
