These guys always go above and beyond with their care and advice for my puppy. They're not the cheapest vets around, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't use anyone else. My staffy loves going there every time.

Took my kittens for vaccinations and check ups today. Due to covid I wasn't allowed in but I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who welcomed my kittens. The vet consultation was by telephone whilst she checked them over. Our vet was so kind and she made me feel really comfortable with the experience. I'm so happy I chose this vets for our new additions ♡

My 11 year old cat has had excellent treatment from Brislington surgery, and the Highcroft Whitchurch hospital. Prices seem good (I don't have insurance) and they're more likely to find reasons to let you off a charge, than try to get every last penny out of you. I also liked the fact that when my local vet told me the cat needed two teeth out, she quoted a price valid for 2 weeks. Apparently the price would go up after. That suggests to me they are thinking about the pet's welfare, because it encourages owners to give their pets the treatment they need asap, rather than wait and not bother.

Took my two Yorkies to be groomed. Very friendly staff and groomer (Becky). Lovely calm experience, I couldn't be happier. Best haircut they've ever had. Would recommend very highly to anyone.
