Very friendly, the vet i saw was really helpful and patient as Tess is not the easiest dog on vet visits. Always had a good experience on visits.

Really welcoming environment and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help you out and even submitted my insurance claim within half an hour. Would 100% recommend☺️

We got an emergency appointment on a Saturday after not long moving to the area when other local vets had turned us away. The vet was really good with our dog and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Alpha Vets when I brought Winston in for his jabs. The vet was incredibly kind and caring, taking the time to explain everything in detail. This made us feel welcome and at ease. The reception crew were also friendly and accommodating, and they even took a liking to Winston. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend Alpha Vets for their exceptional customer service and care.

The girls were so lovely, when we had to take our 19yr old Jack russell in to put to rest, they prepared the reception so others knew we were grieving. They gave us time before and after, They provided foot prints, nose print and some of her fur in a glass bottle for us,

A touch on the small side, but the staff are nice, and they're really helpful. Loses a star because it's not wheelchair accessible, but otherwise recommended, and if you're in a manual wheelchair you can probably wrangle your way in anyway like I did.

We ordered flea treatment for just 2 little cats (less than 5kgs each) got a text message to come pick up £37. Sounds reasonable for special flea treatment - went to pick up same day I got the message and they charged us £96?!! For two tiny flea pippets?! They are ridiculously expensive! Apparently the £37 was for other meds we paid for a week prior. So not just are their admin communication poor but they overcharge. Not going back.
