Lovely happy reception stall and the vet was patient with my many questions amd explained fully, simply and unrushed my one dogs treatment and it was booster time for my second which she made so stress free. Giving both dogs lots of fuss, they were happy so was i. So professional.

We have been with South Wales Vets, Newport for over a year now and we are glad we registered. Always professional, patient and very helpful! They treat our little doggy with so much care, love and patience and that's all we could ask for. We have never had a bad experience here and our dog has been several times for various issues. Lovely staff down in newport, took my 3 pets down and it was nice to see that they spent time talking through everything and not rushing you through. Newport is an hour drive for me but much prefere to go there from now on.

We've had an en excellent experience at SW Vets Newport with both our cats, one of which has very complex health needs. The reception team are always really helpful, appointments are quick to get and the vets and nurses are really knowledgeable. Thank you!

Extortionate prices. Used to be Budget Vets but now owned by Independent Vetcare Ltd. They do not care about the animals, just how much money they can make off you. £40 for a prescription only or buy the product for £37! Daylight robbery. I advise you to steal clear. The place is also disgustingly dirty and unkempt.

Amazing! Friendly staff members health, the pet health plan has been a great bargain for us helping us look after our cats and keep our beautiful babies healthy.

We really appreciate everything our vets have done for us. They have helped and supported us all the way through and are always there for us. Every visit has been reassuring and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for your continued support and reassurance.

We had the most pleasant vet trip to date, it was our first visit with two cats in tow which was hectic enough and Mozart is a very nervous and fidgety boy but the staff were lovely and helped so much with them. Emily and her apprentice were phenomenal there isn’t enough kind words in the dictionary to say about them both. Her apprentice (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was fantastic and going to make a great vet one day ! and we left with two happy (as can be) cats and two very happy owners! thanks so much guys.
