The practice is owned by two directors, Dr Christopher Bamford and Mr Roderick McGregor, both of whom have extensive qualifications and years of experience in the field. Together, they have built a trustworthy and caring practice where the wellbeing of animals is of utmost importance.

Bay Vet Group believes in putting the needs of the animals first, and the team of veterinary surgeons and nurses strive to create a relaxed and friendly environment for both pets and their owners. The practice caters to a range of domestic animals, including dogs, cats, and small mammals, as well as exotic and wild animals.

The practice has a team of skilled veterinary surgeons and nurses who provide exceptional care to all their patients. The veterinary surgeons are Dr Sarah North and Dr Emily Stoker, both of whom have completed their degrees and have further qualifications to their credit. The nursing team comprises Mrs Deborah Barnes, Miss Tracy Davis, Mrs Tracey Earle, and Miss Gemma Huggonson. All the members of the team have a wealth of experience in caring for animals and providing the best possible service.

Bay Vet Group believes in providing accessible and high-quality care to its patients. The practice is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. The practice is closed on Sundays to provide well-deserved rest to the team. Nevertheless, the practice provides 24-hour emergency services to ensure the well-being of pets around the clock.

Bay Vet Group has interests in both referral medicine and general practice, and the team takes great pride in keeping themselves and their facilities up to date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.

They offer wellness checks, vaccinations, and parasite prevention to keep their patients healthy. They also offer diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, ultrasound, and x-rays, to identify any illnesses or ailments early. Bay Vet Group also has an in-house pharmacy, so that pet owners can easily get all the medications prescribed by the veterinary team.
