Used them for the last 7years. Can't fault the care for our pets. However always been a little expensive and opening hours are very limited but now they have become greedy and rude. Charged us a rediculous amount of money for a two minute follow up consultation that was supposed to be free. Time to change!

Charged us for two consultations when the other appointment should have been a follow up appointment, on two occasions the medication didn't turn up and we was told why don't you drive from Teignmouth to Torquay and fetch it ourselves , the vets inside the surgery needs a good clean up and is freezing cold , so to finish the service and the pricing is appalling and we have now left after two weeks of registration , my advice steer clear.
