Had to travel to Bold Vets as they were the nearest vets supplying specific brand vaccines for our new puppy. They were extremely helpful on the phone, booked me in with ease, and were all very friendly on the day of the visit. They treated my dog with love and affection and we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bold Vets.

We’ve brought three of our many cats to Bold Veterinary Clinic for spaying and have had an excellent experience every time. The team treated our girls as if they were their own, showing genuine care and compassion throughout. They kept us reassured with regular updates, which made the whole process much less stressful. Having had many cats neutered over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been my favourite place to go. The level of care, professionalism, and communication really stands out. Would highly recommend.

All the team at Bold are incredible David, Elaine &Kat through to all the lovely nurses & girls on reception. We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else! We’ve had pets with Bold for 20 years and the care has always been exceptional through out care & loss of pets, to general care, surgeries and more.

The team at Bold, from the amazing reception staff to the compassionate vets, are second to none. My girl Olive was a frequent visitor to Bold Vets. Whether it was for her vaccinations, a cut claw, or sadly, her spinal tumour, the team were nothing short of incredible. They treated Olive with the utmost kindness, compassion and respect every single time. She actually loved going to the vets and was never phased, and I truly believe that comes down to how amazing the team are! They are thorough, talk you through each and every step of the process, keep you informed and only do what is absolutely necessary. For me, what really set Bold apart is that they don’t just care about the animals, they care about the us pet parents too. They comforted me and reassured me when I needed it most, and when the time came to let my girl cross the bridge, their support didn’t stop there. The team wrote me a card, gave me keepsakes, and even checked in afterwards to see how I was coping. Losing Olive was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through, but Bold Vets’ support seriously helped, and I cannot express my gratitude enough. A special shoutout to Chelsea, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to talk things through with me, helped me rationalise my thoughts, checked in on me, made sure I was okay when I suspected the worst and even made me a little keepsake. That level of kindness is something I will never forget, I’ll seriously carry it forever.. Just an all round amazing human being. But honestly that extends to the whole team! This is the difference with a family practice, it’s personal, it’s genuine, and you’re never just another appointment on the list. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs, and I can’t recommend Bold Vets highly enough. Thank you, everyone ❤️

I don’t even know how to start this… Alfie, our dog, is our entire world and he’s been suffering a few complications lately. The staff have been nothing but amazing. They have gone above and beyond for Alfie and also us as a family. We have obviously been distraught, and the staff have gone out of their way to comfort us and provide the best care possible for Alfie. We are a family of overthinkers, and nothing we have asked has been too far fetched for them. In one of the worst times of our lives, they have been our shoulders to cry on. The vets here aren’t just doctors for animals, but a source of comfort and support for us during some of the hardest times. The kindness and compassion we have received (especially from David and Becky) has exceeded our expectations. Previous vets we have experienced have only known us as a number, and never took the time to know Alfie. Previous vets have labelled him and judged us, but Bold vets know Alfie is just scared and needs a bit more reassurance than most (and of course he has an attitude.) At Bold vets, everything feels personal, they know Alfie inside and out and we genuinely wouldn’t trust our boy with anybody else. I cannot thank the staff enough for all the support and ongoing care we are receiving, for both Alfie and ourselves.

Bold Vets is a superb practice. Their care of my previous Cocker Spaniel, Daisy, toward the end of her life was fantastic and I’m so grateful, I was probably too busy dealing with my loss afterwards to fully express my gratitude to everyone at the practice - so, a belated thank you so much! With my new Cocker, Phoebe, their care is just as excellent! I highly recommend this practice - a very exceptional team of caring skilled people!
