I took my dog to this vet clinic, the doc made an ultra sound what I ve asked and he noticed my dog eye problem he suggested me a simple eye drop/cream to buy online as it will treat the problem. I ve paid more then 200£ for these. The eye cream what he recommended me didn't help at all. After we tried to get back to him, to prescribe another one that could be help this vet clinic said we have to make another appointment with another consultation fee !

Took my cat here about 4 years ago. Vet told us he had hernias and wanted to rush him in for surgery right away. We took him to 2 other vets for second opinions. They found no hernias. They think they mistook some normal fat under his belly (premordial pouch) as hernias. 4 years later, never had an issue with him - no hernias! So yeah this vet was going to make my pet go through traumatic surgery on a whim for absolutely no reason, probably just to make ££££. Still makes me mad bc of how much they made me worried about him which is why I decided to share my review :) Hopefully that vet no longer practices

Amazing vets, always so caring and helpful. Been coming here since they opened and always had a good experience. Today was exceptional the owner Michelle, nurse and reception staff were so caring towards Charlie, he is so content tonight, thank you. Whilst waiting to be seen I witnessed how gorgeous the reception staff where with every customer and their pets. Highly recommend this vets.

I think it is worth noting this practice is owned by the senior vet. They really do love the animals here, and they are always trying to advise ways to save a bit of money without compromising my little buddy's health. I am very happy with them, and doggo loves all of the staff.

Would recommend this to a friend. The vet was lovely but the receptionists were very rude and didn’t acknowledge us only the people with smaller dogs or cats. There is a receptionists on there that is lovely and really friendly but the 2 ladies that where there this night where not.

10/10 for the whole team, words can't thank you enough for everything you have done I brought my cat in on Monday as she wasnt herself, the Reception Team and the Vet were amazing, made sure I knew everything and we had a plan, and even a back up plan I took Bailey home after her treatment on Monday and whilst she showed some improvement, something wasnt quite right with her so I rang the Vet team again who made sure Bailey had an appointment within an hour of me calling. When arriving it was decided that it would be best for Bailey to stay there, so they could run some tests on her and figure out what was wrong It was the worst 5 hours of my life, going home without her and waiting for that phone call, but come 6pm they had messaged me to say she was ready and I could take her home! They brought her to me within a few minutes of me arriving, explained everything they had done, showed me all the results and talked me through everything - Turns out Bailey had an infection so they provided me with all the medication needed and they even gave me some special food to help her digestion Amazing service - literally do not have a bad word to say about any of my experience, they were amazing throughout Thank you so much to the Reception Team, Mehmet, Emily and everyone else who looked after my fur baby

They always do a good job looking after our lovely cats. They are kind and compassionate and genuinely love animals. We've had a couple of issues with organising prescriptions, but the genuinely care they provide means they warrant a positive review.
