The vets that we saw were both kind and caring and treated my cat just as I wished that they would*, which made the sad and the traumatic experience of her cancer and loosing her easier. All the staff were very good and one receptionist especially. (*this hasn't always been my experience with other vet practices)

I've just registered with these vets as I was very unhappy with my previous vets (medivet, scotchbarn lane). The difference in care and helpfulness is unbelievable. From the moment i walked in, my dog was well looked after and fussed over. Receptionist were lovely and helpful and vets are very knowledgeable and caring.

Whilst giving my cat Harry his usual back rubs, I ran my hand down his tail and discovered a Tick. After seeing how they have to be removed, and what can happen if removed incorrectly, my partner rang Vets4Pets and was given an appointment for the same day, within 2 hours. When we arrived the reception and waiting area was immaculate. We were seen to within 5 minutes of arriving. Harry was a bit nervous to come out of his carrier, but the nurse helped us coax him out, let him investigate his surroundings and gave him reassuring cuddles. She was able to completely remove the tick safely - and remarkably quickly, without Harry being too uncomfortable. Thank you!

Friendly staff, even helped carry Tilly back to the car as I had surgery on my spine. Staff helped me set up health care plan for Tilly which cover’s vaccinations and flea treatment and so on. Tilly didn’t seem to mind the vet at all which was great she clearly demonstrated she had worked with cats before. Tilly didn’t even know she had her injections lol. Fabulous surgery, great service and friendly staff what more could you ask for. Thank you.
