Extremely friendly staff, who reassured my 2 year old Doberman who doesn’t like new environments. Everything was explained including a potential future procedure. Highly recommend.

Brought in our cat who had diarrhea and clearly had an infection. Charged £200 for worming medication, plus other ear cleanser medication. Cat doesn't have any such issues. All could have been bought on line or at pet shop for a fraction of the price. No action taken regarding the clear infection. No antibiotics just the option of conducting costly blood tests if the treatment didnt work. Cats condition became worse. Took her to another vet who instantly diagnosed an infection. Prescribed antibiotics and with the consultation charged £75. Terrible service exploiting pet owners for as much money as they can get.

Extremely good veterinary. I immediately noticed that the vet Anna checked the cats over thoroughly, even when attending for a normal checkup. Great staff all round! Very helpful staff on the desk and happy to explain everything.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for this practice. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable and they are dedicated to animals and their health. My dog Honey even gets excited when we arrive, that says it all.
