Was seen at the appointment time with no waiting, reception staff were nice and friendly, premises were lovely and clean. The vet was very nice and professional and did a thorough examination of our pet dog and we were also allowed to have the weight checked of our other dog at the same time. Overall a very good experience.

I can't thank the staff enough at medivet Prescot, Hannah, Jenny and Laura have been amazing looking after my dog Oscar and me. Laura always befriends Oscar before any examination as she knows how anxious he is at the vets and always makes a fuss of him. Her care and attention is so genuine. My visit to Medivet Speke was great. My little dog was due her health check and booster. Receptionist lovely and friendly, and the vet was lovely and chatty with Tilly and he talked to her whilst he examined her and gave her the injection she needed. Tilly was very calm and overall it was a very pleasant visit.

Staff were very attentive to Merlin my cocker spaniel who was very excited. Staff are friend and welcoming. The vet took her time demonstrated her knowledge by answering ours questions and providing reasurance. The environment was clean and welcoming.

Was a bit disappointed when they charged me £200 to put my cat down. The vet was very nice but I didn’t expect a £200 bill after my cat who I have had for nearly 17 years and I have been a loyal customer for all that time. All vets are a rip off because they play on your loyalty to the pet (cat, dog or whatever). They know you will pay anything to save them. The government should get involved with this, it’s appalling. Hang your heads in shame.
