Medivet - Billinge

I cannot recommend Medivet Billinge enough. As the owner of UK Elite Assistance Dogs Ltd, all of my dogs are registered there and the level of care we receive is outstanding every single time. I have used Medivet Billinge for vaccinations, health checks, spaying, castration procedures, and general veterinary care over a long period of time. Every member of staff is professional, caring, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make both myself and the dogs feel comfortable and supported. Working with assistance dogs means I need a veterinary practice I can trust completely, and I honestly would not go anywhere else. The care, aftercare, and professionalism shown by the vets and nurses has always been first class. The dogs are always treated with kindness and patience, and you can clearly see how much the team truly care about the animals they look after. Thank you to all the staff at Medivet Billinge for your continued support and the amazing service you provide. Highly recommended.

Nina is so caring and knowledgeable in her work, you can tell she genuinely loves her job and all the animals who come to her for help . Her friendly attitude and strong ethic to her work is amazing . Just an amazing vet who is a credit to the veterinary profession . The nurses here are so friendly even when the day has been long and hard they still give 100% . Nina and the nurses / reception ladies , you are an absolute credit to this profession and practice .

I really appreciate how the entire team, from reception to vets, treats my dog like a member of the family. Their genuine care and attention to detail never go unnoticed. Mya even loves going because she gets the biggest cuddles from the team.

I couldn’t be happier with our visit to this vet clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my baby with so much patience and compassion. It’s obvious how much they love animals, and that made a potentially stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. My dog was relaxed and well cared for, which says everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring vet. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Brilliant practice and really lovely staff - I moved to Wigan and was worried about finding a new vet for my cats but I couldn’t be happier with this choice. They’re very well looked after and the vet is so kind and gentle, the reception staff are also really welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone in Wigan!

We have 2 troublesome rescue Lurchers - one loves the vets the other HATES it. The staff at Medivet Billinge are exceptional at dealing with them. So calm and reassuring to pets and “Parents” too. Wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else tbh. Got to note Vet Nina Ambrose and new head nurse Megan… 5 Star ⭐️

I was very nervous, knowing my elderly dog needed a dental, scared she couldn't take the anaesthesia. The staff were marvellous, explaining everything and took bloods to check she was healthy enough for the operation, all fine. She's now booked in for the dental and I'm a relieved mum 😁 Thanks to the billinge medivet staff
