I really appreciate how the entire team, from reception to vets, treats my dog like a member of the family. Their genuine care and attention to detail never go unnoticed. Mya even loves going because she gets the biggest cuddles from the team.

I couldn’t be happier with our visit to this vet clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my baby with so much patience and compassion. It’s obvious how much they love animals, and that made a potentially stressful visit feel calm and reassuring. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run. My dog was relaxed and well cared for, which says everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring vet. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Brilliant practice and really lovely staff - I moved to Wigan and was worried about finding a new vet for my cats but I couldn’t be happier with this choice. They’re very well looked after and the vet is so kind and gentle, the reception staff are also really welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone in Wigan!

We have 2 troublesome rescue Lurchers - one loves the vets the other HATES it. The staff at Medivet Billinge are exceptional at dealing with them. So calm and reassuring to pets and “Parents” too. Wouldn’t take our fur babies anywhere else tbh. Got to note Vet Nina Ambrose and new head nurse Megan… 5 Star ⭐️

I was very nervous, knowing my elderly dog needed a dental, scared she couldn't take the anaesthesia. The staff were marvellous, explaining everything and took bloods to check she was healthy enough for the operation, all fine. She's now booked in for the dental and I'm a relieved mum 😁 Thanks to the billinge medivet staff
