Took my 1 month old kitten in today, unfortunately she didnt make it, but the emotional support recieved from the veterinarians was phenomenal, though the prices and final bill for such a small animal was shocking.

Took my poor lil cat here with an injured leg, and they manhandled him off into a dingy back room, where I could hear him wailing in the distance from the pain of being handled so poorly. All the while trying to charge me almost £1000 for an X-Ray, + £150 consultation. This is from my experience, honestly the worst vets in the country, both their total lack of care for animals combined with their constant attempts to fleece you out of every penny, they tried charging my partner a consultation fee for answering an email… Truly disgusting human beings working there, who should take a long hard look at themselves and either change, or stop wasting oxygen with their existence.

I took my dashound unregisted for emergency after being bit by another dog and was lifeless... by 6pm they had brought her back to her usual self. Took amazing care of her and as soon as they took her from me got straight to work. I can't thank them enough and recommend them highly. At my check-up I plan on registering all my animals with them there. A great team and so friendly and caring and helpful in explaining the aftercare in simple forms so I could be confident at home

My dog has been a member of this veterinary clinic her whole life (she is 14) and we have never had an issue. The staff are really nice and friendly, the waiting room is a decent size and you are never kept waiting very long after “checking in” for your appointment. There is ample parking both in front of the clinic and on the road, with no restrictions. The pricing of annual boosters is reasonable and we cannot praise the staff enough for the level of service we have received. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!
