Having found an abandoned rabbit in extremely poor health and condition I rang the golborne veterinary for advice and help as this poor Bunny was completely disabled immediately the lady receptionist spoke with empathy and after consulting with the vet told me to bring the bunny into the surgery I offered to leave a donation or even pay for any treatment which looked bleak as there was no quality of life I love bunnies and felt I needed to pay at least a consultation fee but the lady said there was no need to make any payment which in my eyes speaks volumes that the animals well being is definitely in this case top priority. Thank-you with kind regards to everyone.

We have been very lucky to have this surgery as our veterinary practice- we originally picked them as our local vets but we definitely got lucky. We have had really consistent and helpful support with our cat and their diabetes and no question was too stupid when we were understanding how to manage his needs. Vet Lindsay has gone above and beyond for our fat cat and she’s been so patient with all the diabetic treatment and visits he (and we) have needed. We have all our animals at this practice and they are just as helpful with our bunnies as they are with our cats. They have been really supportive and non judgemental about our moody rabbit who doesn’t fancy cleaning themselves properly too, helping with dematting and offering advice to avoid issues in future. They always have great knowledge of new research and treatment options, which recently really helped reassure me when discussing the new rabbit vaccinations versus some misinformation online. Would recommend 100%!

First class vets here. Might not look much at the Golborne centre, but the actual staff and care = amazing. I've had dogs all my life and seen many vets, but these are my favourite by a long, long way. Trust me, they are very good.

Bryn vets are absolutely amazing. Thursday, 16th Jan, my labrador Bailey, 13 years old, was struggling to breathe due to his progressive laryngeal paralysis condition he has. I got to see the vets straight away. Upon arrival, my Bailey got out of the car, and by the time we got to the desk to check in, his tongue had turned blue, and he couldn't breathe. Rhianan on the desk quickly got him straight through to the back with the vets and got him on oxygen, and gave him sedation to calm him down. I was in tears. There were two vets that helped deal with him, Nicola, and a blonde haired vet, so sorry I forgot your name. Nicola spoke with me and explained very calmly what my options were. She arranged for me to take him to Whitefield Vet hospital for an emergency Tie Back operation. They monitored him for 2 hrs, and I came back to collect him with my husband. Rhianan was so caring and the blonde vet. We brought him outside, and again, he struggled to breathe, so they asked if it wss OK to sedate him again. Once they were happy with him, we then made our way to Whitefield Vet hospital. He had the operation the next day (today) and was successful. Rhianan rang me up to check how Bailey was doing , telling me that she couldn't stop thinking about Bailey all night and that all the vets were too. How lovely is that ? It brought me to tears to see how caring and loving the staff at Bryn vets are towards their animals that they care for. I can not thank you enough for the care and love you have all shown. It's gonna be a lot of care and attention for Bailey once he comes home . But I know I've got the best caring staff at Bryn vets a phone call away. From the bottom of my heart , thank you for helping my Bailey xxxx
