Coco went in to be spayed today dont know who was the most nervous but from going through the door to leaving everything was perfect lovely staff very kind helpful and understanding i would highly recommend

This was my first visit with my 10 week old puppy Mable for her 2nd Vaccinations. Everyone was wonderful from the reception staff, nurses and of course the lovely vet we seen!! Mabel was calm and never stressed out!! Thank you 😊

Ive never had a bad experience at this vetinary surgery, I've used two of their surgeries and called the hospital. We have seen numerous vets, they're all professional, friendly, and kind to our three pets ( 2 cats and a dog). Our experience so far is they wont have you spend money unnecessarily, they are transparent and honest.

We have taken all our dogs to firstly Tandy's and then when renamed we transferred to Rutland House for over 56 years and have always had excellent service and support from all the vets, nurses and reception staff. They are friendly, efficient and always give a professional service. They discuss treatments available in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend this practice.

Bella moved to Rutland vets because I felt she wasn't getting the care she's needed, at my previous vets. Bella is a nervous dog when it comes to visiting vets. But at Rutland she walks in, and is very carm the vets are always very patient and caring and that really reassuring for me. If Bella is carm I'm carm, So Thank you to All Staff at Rutland.
